"building blocks"

i know it's been a long time since some of you (especially ex-BWCers) have seen aliyah so brace yourselves; she's no baby anymore. she's a fully-grown toddler complete with her own vocabulary and tenacious will. though only 21 months old, she's already acquired many of the characteristics of a two-year old.. including the height. :) she's energetic, affectionate, cautious when necessary, tender (espeically with babies), assertive (especially with her peers and parents) and very funny. perhaps one day she'll write in this blog herself and share her thoughts and adventures. but for now, mommy will have the pleasure. :)
